Membership Questions

Submit your request through our contact form. Our team reviews applications weekly based on your background, interests, and how you can contribute to the community. You'll hear back within 7 days. Existing members can also invite people they believe would be a good fit.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you'll immediately get access to new benefits.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, and net banking for Indian members. International members can pay via credit card or PayPal.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid tiers. If the community isn't the right fit, contact us for a full refund—no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime but won't be eligible for a refund.

Events

Event Questions

Members receive event notifications via email and Slack. Simply click the registration link in the announcement. Core and Resident members get priority access to limited-capacity events.

Yes! We encourage members to host workshops, study groups, and meetups. Core and Resident members can propose events directly. Community members can collaborate with a Core/Resident member to co-host.

Most workshops and talks are recorded and made available to members within 48 hours. Fireside chats and networking events are not recorded to maintain privacy and encourage open discussion.

Some public events allow guests. Check the event details for guest policies. Private events are members-only to maintain the quality of interactions.

Community

Community Questions

Once your membership is approved, you'll receive an invitation email with a link to join our Slack workspace. If you haven't received it within 24 hours of approval, check your spam folder or contact support.

We expect all members to be respectful, supportive, and professional. No spam, self-promotion without context, or harassment of any kind. Confidential information shared in the community should not be disclosed outside. Violations may result in membership termination.

Core and Resident members can request curated introductions through our member directory or by reaching out to the community team. We facilitate connections based on mutual interests and potential collaboration.

Core and Resident members have access to our job board where they can post openings at their companies. We also have a #jobs channel in Slack for sharing opportunities. All postings are reviewed to ensure quality.

Technical Support

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions. If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Profile. You can update your photo, bio, skills, and other information there. Changes are reflected in the member directory immediately.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use an incognito/private window. Ensure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If issues persist, contact us with details about your browser and device.

Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Membership. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We're sorry to see you go and would love to hear your feedback.
