By accessing or using the United Tech Community website, services, or participating in our community (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Membership Eligibility

United Tech Community is an invite-only community. To be eligible for membership:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must have a genuine interest in technology, AI, machine learning, or related fields
  • You must be approved by our membership committee or invited by an existing member
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process

We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any membership at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
  • Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not use another user's account without permission. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Membership Fees and Billing

Certain membership tiers require payment of fees. By selecting a paid membership:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected tier
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection
  • All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy
  • We may change our fees upon reasonable notice, which will be communicated to you

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Community Guidelines and Conduct

As a member of United Tech Community, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Not spam, solicit, or promote products/services without context
  • Respect the confidentiality of information shared within the community
  • Not share member information outside the community without consent
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your membership without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of United Tech Community or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post or share in the community. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the community.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Tech Community and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Tech Community, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
